
Couscous
Couscous is shelled, crushed, pre-cooked and then dried to a durum wheat semolina. It is does not require boiling to prepare, rather it has boiling water poured over it and is left to soak for at least 5 minutes. We stock conventional and organic couscous qualities in three grinds: fine, medium and coarse in a range of sack sizes.
