The apricot (Prunus armeniaca) is a stone fruit and originates from the rosaceous plant family. We provide apricots as sulphured and unsulphured as well as an organic product.

The apricots are dried in the sun, sulphurised and pitted, if desired. The fruit is washed, calibrated and, if necessary, cut during the production process.
