The peach (Prunus Persica) is a stone-type fruit and belongs to the rose family. The peach plant has its origin in China. Peaches require a mild and warm climate and are extremely sensitive to frost.

Manufacturing


The peaches are washed, damaged fruit and foreign bodies (leaves etc.) are sorted out. The whole fruit is calibrated and cut, afterwards controlled, peeled, washed, re-calibrated if necessary and canned.
