Dried pulses must be soaked and softened for at least 12 hours prior to additional processing.
We also supply an extra purified quality of dried chickpeas.
Chickpeas are a versatile pulse as side dishes, in soups, casseroles, stews, salads or as an ingredient for hummus and falafel.
Dried: Turkey, Russia, Canada
Dried goods: The pods are dried after harvesting until they open. The hard chickpeas are collected for additional processing and are subjected to several cleaning and sorting steps.
Canned goods: Chickpeas are preserved in cans.
