Good to know
By removing the outer shell the red and yellow lentils become digestible, as the often indigestive components are concentrated in the shell. Moreover, shelled lentils do not need to be soaked and have a much shorter cooking time.
We also provide an extra cleaned quality of lentils (sorted by hand).

Utilisation
Lentils are very versatile and are particularly suitable for soups, casseroles, stews, ready meals, convenience food, side dishes, salads or falafel.
