Manufacturing
Steamed soy beans and wheat flour are mixed and inoculated with “Aspergillus Oryzae” fungal cultures. Salt water is subsequently added to this mash and it then ferments for several months. The soy sauce is then filtered, pasteurised and filled into containers.
