Manufacturing
After harvesting, the cucumbers are sorted by size in a sorting plant, washed, sorted again and, if necessary, cut. They are subsequently blanched and filled into cans. Finally, the brine (appropriately seasoned) is poured on, the can is then sealed and pasteurised.
