Varieties

There are over 40 different varieties of apricots; the most common are bulida and bebecco

Production

The apricots are washed, sorted, calibrated, stoned, sorted once again, peeled and tinned

Apricots are excellent for fruit preparations, desserts, jams, ice cream, main dishes and baked goods.
