Quick cooking noodles (Asian quick cooking noodles) are shaped noodles made from wheat flour, water, and salt, with or without egg. The dough is made, formed, and dried, but not cooked or baked.

Production

The dough is cut into even “strips” about 35-40 cm long, cooked under high pressure, then packaged in rectangular shapes and mechanically dried.Available in 500 g packages (with 8 blocks) or loose in bulk containers for industrial use.

Uses

Stir-fried in a wok or pan with vegetables, meat, or fish dishes, in Asian cuisine.
