Worcester sauce is a brown spicy sauce made from various types of vinegar and spices.

Production

Sun-ripened peppers are cut, blended with eggplant, sugar, vinegar, sunflower oil, salt, hot peppers, and garlic. The mixture is then cooked before being preserved in cans or jars.

We supply light and dark Worcester sauce in various packaging – e.g. canisters, bottles and 1,000 kg containers.

Uses

Worcester sauce is very versatile used in national and international cuisine – for example, in meat dishes or salads. Further uses: ready meals, sauces, spice mixtures, cocktails (‘Bloody Mary’).
