The avocado is the fruit of a tree from the laurel family. Botanically speaking, it is a berry with soft, fatty flesh and containing a single large seed. It is also referred to as avocado pear and alligator pear due to its shape and skin texture.

Our avocado products are supplied ready-to-process and have a homogeneous consistency and an excellent microbiology. The HPP process (High Pressure Processing) protects the colour as the process slows the oxidation process.
Utilisation
For classic guacamole, as a cream spread or as a cream for hamburgers and wraps - or, of course, as a salad ingredient.

Manufacturing
Our product is made of ripe avocados. Prior to processing the fruit is washed, disinfected, peeled, pitted and processed according to designated use. To produce pulp the fruit is puréed, packaged, filled in pouches, high-pressure treated, statically deep frozen and metal-detected.
